We could tell you a compelling story about how we spent years in a lab perfecting a complex formula. But that would be a lie. The truth is way less exciting: it's fruit. That's it. We squish it into bar form so you don't have to eat an apple like some kind of medieval peasant. No Added chemicals. No mystery powders. No ingredients that sound like they belong in a sci-fi movie. Just the same fruit you'd buy in the produce aisle, except someone already did the chewing part for you.
We take fresh fruit and turn it into a smooth purée. Think of it like making the world's simplest smoothie, except we're not adding ice, milk, or whatever else people put in smoothies these days. Just fruit getting blended into submission.

We gently heat the fruit purée, just enough to stop any unwanted microbes from tagging along.
